Please Note: For most registrations, the person being registered should be the actual participant, not the parent or guardian. If the participant is not listed in the dropdown menu, go to your Profile and select Add Household Member.

Exception: If you are completing Summer Camp or Afterschool Program forms, please register yourself (the parent or guardian), not your child. Only a parent or legal guardian age 18 or older may complete these registrations.
